Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Row (Calories)
1-minute rest
This is a Benchmark workout, please do not make this harder in terms of weight or movement because you feel it will give a better workout…increase the intensity instead.

Scaling options:

Lighter weights (WB, SDHP, PP)

Lower Box Height (Step Ups are OK, unless going RX)
