10:00 Row or Bike (if more than 5 in class) at a “conversational” pace

(AKA: Don’t make it where you breathe too hard. This is recovery work while keeping you loose for 17.1)

ROMWOD – Warrior Series

This is a 40ish minute ROMWOD. These are commonly referred to as “boring” by some and often skipped….promise that these will make for a healthier and more well-rounded and recovered athlete. These are HIGHLY recommended.
