3 Rounds for Total Calories on the Rower:

:30 On / :30 Off

1:00 On / 1:00 Off

1:30 On / 1:30 Off

Keep a running clock in the background. Score is total calories across all three rounds. Reset the rower after each interval. After the 1:30 rest interval, immediately move into the next set of 30 seconds on.
When complete, hit a ROM WOD or work on a goat.
