Metcon (Time)

In teams of 3 complete the following:

2100m Row Relay (700m each)

150 Wall Balls (no set rep scheme)

1200m Run Relay (3x200m x2)

60 Synchronized Sit Ups

*Synchro Sit-Ups: All flat on ground at same time, all touching toes at same time

Post WOD/Extra Credit

Max Length Wall Sit (RX = Wall Ball held overhead)
