This program is for everyone! New CrossFitters work out right beside advanced athletes. Why? Because our program is scalable and all-inclusive. The person next to you might be doing handstand push-ups while we have you doing push-ups on the ground (or a box, or the wall, or whatever your fitness level allows you to do). Our program calls for functional fitness and we call our workouts WODs, which stands for workout of the day. We’ll work on your cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. You’ll find people of all skill levels in every class!
UNLIMITED CROSSFIT CLASSES
Classes are an hour long and we start each one with a group lead warm-up including mobility. Strength and skill work follow the warm up and are preceded by detailed explanation. Our third component of the hour is the workout, where after instruction we have a 3-2-1 GO! and all the athletes start together. We may not all finish together, but you can be sure that we’ll cheer each other on until the last person finishes. Workouts are different each day and programmed to build strength over time. We put great detail and thought into our programming so that you can achieve the results you want. Tell us your goals and we’ll put you on the path to make them happen!

Our Foundations classes are perfect for people who are new to CrossFit or would like a refresher on the basics. A new Goat Foundations course starts every Thursday at 6:30 and is capped at 12 new athletes. One of our experienced CrossFit Goat coaches will train you, and cover the foundational movements of CrossFit which we regularly program into our group classes.
Our foundations class is FREE for all members!
COMMUNITY CLASS ARE EVERY SATURDAY MORNING AT 9 AM
Free for everyone high school aged and up. All levels welcome! Join us on Saturdays at 9AM for a fun, partner style workout. You’ll get a taste of what CrossFit is all about and be able to meet the awesome people who work out at CrossFit Goat. This is a great way to check out the vibe of our gym!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a waiver.

Between being in school all day, homework and video games, how’s a kid supposed to stay active? CrossFit Goat offers kid’s CrossFit classes that are scientifically designed to help kids burn energy, get in great physical shape and have a ton of fun!
Crossfit is more than just a way to exercise. It provides a community of fitness-minded people that support you as you move toward your goals. What we’re finding is that as the adults are working on losing weight, getting into shape, etc, the kids are interested in the same things! We have young people who participate in various sports working out with us as well as those that aren’t necessarily sports minded. It’s a great blend and the kids tell us they’re having a blast!
We have kids as young as 8 and as old as 15 participating in the kid’s CrossFit classes. Some of our members have fitness goals like running a marathon. One of our guys is getting ready for his first triathlon and several have run obstacle course races which are becoming more popular. Whatever the reasons, CrossFit classes are great for the kids!
FREE KICKBOXING FOR GOAT MEMBERS!
Join Coach Kyle Cranston on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30-6PM as he leads this high-speed, high-energy workout. If you’re looking to add to your cardio base and get shredded, this is the class for you. You’ll earn how to throw punches and kick with correct technique all while developing your speed and agility. Bag work is included for those who have gloves, but also know that gloves are not necessary for this class.

WE START WERE YOU ARE
Are you ready to compete or just looking for a little more individualized work load? We’ve got you covered and will help you get where you want to be. You’ll be assigned a coach who has plenty of experience with programming for your desired outcome and they’ll regularly check in with you to ensure your progress. You’ll start with a goal session along with various baseline tests and assessments. Once those are complete your coach will meet with you weekly to walk you through your program. This is a great option for elite competitors and those who are ready to take their fitness to another level.
