This program is for everyone! New CrossFitters work out right beside advanced athletes. Why? Because our program is scalable and all-inclusive. The person next to you might be doing handstand push-ups while we have you doing push-ups on the ground (or a box, or the wall, or whatever your fitness level allows you to do). Our program calls for functional fitness and we call our workouts WODs, which stands for workout of the day. We’ll work on your cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. You’ll find people of all skill levels in every class!
Classes are an hour long and we start each one with a group lead warm-up including mobility. Strength and skill work follow the warm up and are preceded by detailed explanation. Our third component of the hour is the workout, where after instruction we have a 3-2-1 GO! and all the athletes start together. We may not all finish together, but you can be sure that we’ll cheer each other on until the last person finishes. Workouts are different each day and programmed to build strength over time. We put great detail and thought into our programming so that you can achieve the results you want. Tell us your goals and we’ll put you on the path to make them happen!
