20:17 minute amrap in teams of 3:
200m buddy carry
*All three will participate, but one person must be carried to move forward throughout the 200m. Partners and carriers may trade.
Wheelbarrow 10m, each partner, one partner working at a time. If you cannot support yourself in a wheelbarrow, bear crawl 10m.
Overhead plate lunge 20m, each partner, one partner working at a time. (25/15)
20 leg throw downs each partner. You’ll lie on your back and your partner will stand at your shoulders while you grab their ankles or calves for support. Lift your legs straight up and your partner will throw them down. Don’t let your feet hit the ground. Rotate through each partner. Non working partner must hold plank and if plank is broken, the throw downs halt.
10 team burpees
