Every minute on the minute, complete the following complex:

2 Power Cleans

1 Push Jerk

Weight = 70% 1RM

Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

Sprints:

2x400m (Rest 2:00 after each)

4x200m (Rest 1:00 after each)
Each sprint is for time, grab a whiteboard and keep track as you go.
