5×2 – Power Snatch (empty bar up to no more than 40% 1RM)
This is a skill practice session. We can all get more comfortable with these movements and this is a perfect time in the “season” to get a bit of skill training and do some fine tuning on a complex movement.
500m row, 40 air squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pullups
