One of the aspects of our gym that makes us unique is that we provide nutritional classes to provide you insight into how to match your physical progress and elevate your health. We want to provide you with support not concerning the right workout, but with all aspects of developing a healthy lifestyle. It’s important to be fueled in order to perform at your best level, which means having a diet that utilizes things like the right proteins and carbohydrates.

We aim to have comprehensive programming at Crossfit Goat and be there for you in whatever capacity you need. Our coaches aren’t just certified instructors and well versed in CrossFit, but understand how to instruct others about proper nutrition. Taylor Morriss, one of the great coaches here at the gym, received his degree in nutrition science and is certified in precision nutrition, he can teach you about the great basics of nutrition for you to develop healthy eating habits around! Our seminars can help you have a better understanding of what you are putting into your body and how that is impacting your progress toward you achieving your desired, health aspirations.

The term “dieting” possesses a variety of meanings to people, but most of the time, it arises feelings of nervousness and the idea of solely eating bland or strictly eating celery sticks.
