DAILY WOD WITH AWESOME COACHES
Classes are an hour long and we start each one with a group lead warm-up including mobility. We have classes multiple times every day to fit into your schedule. Strength and skill work follow the warm-up and are preceded by a detailed explanation. Our third component of the hour is the workout, where after instruction we have a 3-2-1 GO! and all the athletes start together.
We may not all finish together, but you can be sure that we’ll cheer each other on until the last person finishes. Workouts are different each day and programmed to build strength over time. We put great detail and thought into our programming so that you can achieve the results you want. Tell us your goals and we’ll put you on the path to make them happen!
CREATING HEALTH AND FAMILY EVERYDAY
Free for everyone high school aged and up. All levels welcome! Join us on Saturdays at 9 AM for a fun, partner style workout. You’ll get a taste of what CrossFit is all about and be able to meet the awesome people, who work out at CrossFit Goat.
This is a great way to check out the vibe of our gym! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a waiver. Are you ready to compete or just looking for a little more individualized work load? We’ve got you covered and will help you get where you want to be. You’ll be assigned a coach who has plenty of experience with programming for your desired outcome and they’ll regularly check in with you to ensure your progress.
FOUNDATIONS CLASS IS EVERY THURSDAY AT 6:30 PM
Our Foundations classes are perfect for people who are new to CrossFit or would like a refresher on the basics. A new Goat Foundations course starts every Thursday at 6:30 pm and is capped at 12 new athletes.
One of our experienced CrossFit Goat coaches will train CrossFit basics with you, and cover the foundational movements of CrossFit one by one, which we regularly program into our group classes. Kids are welcome too, we are happy to schedule a free foundations class for your child. Give us a call at 770-995-8692 to let us know what week works best for you.

Our classes our MON - FRI 5 am to 11 and 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Weekends are SAT 8 am to 11 am. You’ll find people of all skill levels in every class! We look forward to seeing you soon!
